Over the course of his career, he has led transformative initiatives that improved efficiency, safety, and profitability. He honorably served for 10 years in the U.S. Army, where he gained invaluable leadership, logistics, and project-management skills. His military experience instilled a deep commitment to discipline, integrity, and mission-focused execution. Steve holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Robert Morris University.
