If you’ve played in a cornhole league, you must register for this category or Advanced.
$70 per team. $750 1st Place Prize
For highly experienced players.
Participants with a PPR of 8.25 or higher must compete in this category.
$80 per team. $1,500 1st Place Prize.
The Cornhole Classic was created 12 years ago as a fundraiser to support the veterans served in our community. What started as a community event has grown over the years, being hosted at several locations throughout the region before finding its current home at Acrisure Stadium. Today, the event brings together supporters, sponsors, and community members to help raise critical funds for housing and supportive services for veterans in need.

The 11th Annual Cornhole Classic, held on Sunday, August 31, 2025—the day before Labor Day, was another incredible day for Veterans Place and our community. Players, supporters, and friends came together for a fun and meaningful tournament in support of local veterans.
Once again hosted at Acrisure Stadium during the energy of Pittsburgh Ribfest, the event brought great competition and even better community spirit. With 70 teams and more than 250 attendees, the day was filled with friendly competition, connection, and plenty of time spent supporting a cause that matters.
We’re so grateful to our sponsors, volunteers, raffle basket donors, and every player who showed up and made the day what it was. Your support continues to make a real difference for the veterans we serve, and we truly couldn’t do it without you.
This year’s tournament once again raised over $60,000, helping us move forward in our mission to end veteran homelessness. Thank you to everyone who helped make the 2025 Cornhole Classic such a success, we’re already looking forward to next year.
