PITTSBURGH- Veterans Place of Washington Boulevard (Veterans Place) announced today that it has been awarded a $2 million grant from Pennsylvania’s Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP), to construct a multi-purpose building to include handicap-accessible apartments (ADA-compliant), a wellness center, and additional space for behavioral health and other supportive services.
